Thank you for responding to our Call for Presentations! We are delighted that you are interested in educating our attendees and contributing to this year's theme of Shaping the Future of Tomorrow. We are currently accepting applications for Keynote and Breakout presentations.
Presenters will be evaluated on the following criteria:- An engaging and inspiring presentation style
- Ability to appeal to a diverse and broad spectrum of attendees
- Content applicable to the workplace
All presentations will be submitted to HRCI and SHRM for re-certification credit.
If selected as a Speaker, I understand that:- The PA SHRM Annual Conference Committee has final determination of the format and length of my session.
- I am responsible for submitting my PowerPoint to PA SHRM by September 2, 2025.
- A PDF of my slides may be provided to attendees at, immediately prior to, or after the conference.
- I am responsible for adhering to the Call for Presentations deadlines and the guidelines for submission outlined in this document. If I fail to do so, the PA SHRM Annual Conference Committee reserves the right to remove my session from the conference program.
- As SHRM programs are noncommercial forums, the direct promotion of products and services is prohibited.
- If I have books, I may sell them to attendees after my presentation.
- Parts of this session may be photographed or recorded for promotional purposes, and my co-presenter(s) and I agree to this condition.
- I am responsible for preparing any handout materials for attendees.
- I am responsible for obtaining permission to reproduce any handouts if copyrighted by an organization other than SHRM.
- PA SHRM will not produce any handouts onsite.
- I will refrain from overt statements, harsh language, or pointed humor that disparages the rightful dignity and social equity of any individual or group.
